Shipping policy

We ship all orders via a tracked shipping service that aims to deliver on the next working day, however this postage service is not guaranteed to deliver the next day.

We only post items to the address that has been provided by the customer at the time the order is made, amendments to the postal address after the order has been made are not possible and if necessary will require the cancellation of the existing order with the incorrect address and the making of a new order.

All orders are posted in large letter format meaning they will be delivered via your letterbox.

Return postage is strictly at the cost of the customer and postage is non-refundable.
